FREEDOM WEEK

Bringing the Central Valley together to end human trafficking in our communities- Feb. 19-26, 2012

Resources: Church/Christian

Helpful resources for Freedom Sunday, learning, and sharing about human trafficking:
Not For Sale’s Freedom Sunday Main Site and Resource Page Not For Sale has provided a great and thorough site with resources needed as a believer, as well as for those in leadership, to understand the reality of human trafficking, gain a biblical perspective, and seek God’s heart regarding what He is saying and leading now. This page has sermon outlines, a new devotional, bible studies, Freedom Study information and promotional materials, and more. They also invite churches to join with others who declare themselves as “Zero Tolerance Faith Community” against slavery. Sign up with Not For Sale to have your church added to those taking part in Freedom Sunday.

Central Valley Justice Coalition has many resources for churches to use as each seeks to partner with God in bringing freedom to those impacted by human trafficking. Visit CVJC’s website for links and downloads to prayer guides, bible studies, books, and other resources, and well as CVJC’s devotional writings on human trafficking and God’s justice, some of which are posted here.
