Spread the Word About Freedom Week
Freedom Week is an incredible opportunity for the community to learn about human trafficking, be equipped, and respond.
We get to come together and be a voice to the voiceless and the hands and feet that serve them.
However, it’s a big job getting the word out in our communities and we need you help to tell people and encourage them to participate.
So how can you do that? Here are several ways:
Help give out flyers and posters
You can download the flyers from the website and print them. We will also have professional flyers and posters available after Jan. 16 at the Fresno First Baptist Church office, 1400 Saginaw Ave., Fresno from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri. Contact us if you would like flyers taken to your church or if you live closer to the Dinuba area.
-Join others in hanging flyers in the two mile area around your home and at the places you frequent (groceries stores, Starbucks, etc.). Together, we’ll bring awareness to our communities.
-Help us to hang posters at schools, church campuses, and public places (with permission, of course)
-Take flyers to give out to those you know or drop off at locations in your community (with permission)
-Have flyers available at your church or other group meetings.
On our website
-Download the Freedom Week poster/flyer and share via internet or print out and use to promote.
-Download and give the Church Leaders’ invitational letter to church leaders you know with The Church Action List.
-Follow our Freedom Week blogsite. Share our blogsite through email and on your social media sites. Share posts.
-“Like” our Freedom Week page on Facebook. Click on “Invite Friends” and recommend our page to others. Share posts you enjoy.
-Share and invite people to our event pages on facebook, which are being posted on the Freedom Week page and our group page.
-Post the link to the Freedom Week website and the Freedom Week page every day to encourage people to take part.
-Change you profile picture to the flyer image
AND one of the most important ways to get the word out and to talk to people you know and share why you are taking part in Freedom Week.
